5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
5.1 Delivery Availability

Vintage Cycles offers delivery for bicycles and selected products.

Delivery availability depends on the destination, product size and courier availability.

5.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to factors including:

• Delivery destination;
• Bicycle or parcel dimensions;
• Weight;
• Packaging requirements;
• Courier service selected.

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated to the customer before dispatch or displayed during the online purchasing process where applicable.

5.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, courier operational issues, remote destinations, unforeseen transport disruptions or other circumstances outside Vintage Cycles’ reasonable control.

5.4 Packaging

Vintage Cycles takes reasonable care to package bicycles and other products appropriately for transportation.

Bicycles may require partial disassembly for safe transportation.

Customers should follow any assembly or adjustment instructions provided with the bicycle.

5.5 Inspecting Your Delivery

Customers should inspect the bicycle or parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If there is obvious damage to the packaging or bicycle that appears to have occurred during transportation, customers should notify Vintage Cycles promptly and, where possible, retain photographs of the packaging and damaged area.

5.6 Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

If a delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

5.7 Missed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver because nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier may arrange a further delivery attempt or collection according to its procedures.

Additional charges may apply where the courier charges for a further delivery attempt.

5.8 Collection From Vintage Cycles

Customers may arrange collection from:

Collection should be arranged in advance.

5.9 International Deliveries

International delivery, where offered, may be subject to separate quotations, customs requirements, duties, taxes, import restrictions and destination-country requirements.

The customer may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.10 Delivery and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights relating to delivery, defective goods, cancellation, returns or refunds.
